Care2Succeed is a national training provider specializing in the training and education of those within the Health and Social Care sectors.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Compliance Assessor to join our team, working across various Health and Social Care settings, including children's homes, residential family centers, and supported living accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing Level 3 Diplomas in Residential Childcare; Children and Young People's Workforce or Management and Team Leading qualifications.
  • Working with staff teams within care units based across South Yorkshire, the Midlands, and Northwest regions.
  • Providing comprehensive training to staff teams, resulting in nationally recognized qualifications.
  • Traveling to our services in South Yorkshire, the Midlands, and the Northwest, using a full driving license and own vehicle.
Requirements:
  • Relevant work experience, preferably within the Health and Social Care sectors, Children, Young People, and families.
  • Full driving license and ability to travel to our services.
  • Comprehensive salary contributory pension scheme.
  • Comprehensive induction and access to extensive on-the-job training.
