Job Summary
Johnson Controls is seeking a highly experienced Sales Proposals Engineer to join our team in the Fire Suppression division. As a Sales Proposals Engineer, you will be responsible for driving additional growth from existing and new customers in the commercial and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities where fire suppression systems are the primary solution.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and influencers to drive sales performance.
- Develop and present technical information to board level to secure project wins.
- Manage leads and drive sales performance using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the team to drive growth against a defined sales target.
Requirements
- Proven record of achieving targets in a sales or business development role.
- High level of creation of new accounts and opportunities.
- Experience in managing opportunities/accounts and working in/with sales teams to prepare detailed proposals.
- Developing, communicating, and presenting value in created solutions.
- Technical experience, competency, and understanding of fire suppression systems.
- Experience within the fire suppression industry.
