Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address the complex needs of our clients.
- Prescribe and manage medications, including harm reduction strategies and substance misuse treatments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care and support services.
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to improve client outcomes and reduce health inequalities.
- Provide education and training to clients, families, and community groups on substance misuse and related health issues.
- Registered Nurse or Pharmacist with a valid license to practice in the UK.
- Successful completion of the supplementary/independent prescriber course.
- Experience working in community healthcare, substance misuse, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse client groups and stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of our clients and services.
