About the Role

We Are With You is a leading provider of healthcare services, and we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Non Medical Prescriber to join our team. As a Non Medical Prescriber, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our clients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver effective care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out clinical assessments, diagnoses, and clinical management in line with national regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Develop and implement harm reduction strategies, providing support and advice to clients on substance misuse.
  • Work closely with our vaccination and blood testing programmes, providing education and support to clients on the importance of these services.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement interventions, working closely with clients to achieve their goals and improve their health and wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse or Pharmacist with a valid NMC or GPhC registration.
  • Successful completion of the supplementary/independent prescriber course.
  • 3 years' worth of references and an enhanced DBS check.
