About the Role
We Are With You is seeking a skilled Non Medical Prescriber to join our team. As a key member of our community healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing and supporting individuals with their healthcare needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out clinical assessments, diagnoses, and clinical management in line with WithYou and national regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Prescribe treatments and medications as necessary, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of developments in the field.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop, implement, and evaluate interventions for our clients, including harm reduction, substance misuse clinics, and vaccination programs.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse or Pharmacist with supplementary or independent prescribing qualifications.
- Experience in community healthcare or a related field (desirable but not essential).
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and with clients from diverse backgrounds.
