Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a constructive and secure learning environment.
  • Assist students with special educational needs, aiding them in overcoming learning challenges.
  • Execute pre-prepared lesson plans, ensuring students remain focused and managing any disruptions effectively.
  • Collaborate with educational support staff.
  • Promote the safeguarding and welfare of all students.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working with children, preferably in an educational or coaching context.
  • Patient, empathetic, and committed.
  • Strong classroom management abilities and the capacity to engage students in their learning.
  • Good understanding of special educational needs and strategies to support young learners.
  • Adaptable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
