About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cover Supervisor to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring a positive and safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes and implement pre-prepared lesson plans
  • Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and help them overcome barriers to learning
  • Promote the safeguarding and welfare of all students

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children, preferably in an educational or coaching setting
  • Patient, empathetic, and dedicated individual with strong classroom management skills
  • Ability to engage students in their learning and adapt to different situations
