Key Responsibilities:

  • Tax Automation Strategy: Develop and implement tax automation strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and training to staff as needed, and lead a team of tax technology professionals to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Client Management: Provide project management support to client service teams and clients, and review templates and formats specifications for project deliverables for client review and approval.
  • Business Development: Lead tax technology business development activities, including pipeline management, proposal preparation, and client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in International Tax or Accounting or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Five years related experience in international transaction tax advice and deployment of technology related VAT services.
  • Skills: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.

Work Environment:

  • Standard indoor working environment.
  • Occasional long periods of sitting while working at computer.
  • Position requires regular interaction with employees and clients both in person and via email and telephone.
  • Independent travel requirement: 30 to 50%.
  • 50+ hour standard workweek requirement.
