About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Manager to join our newly established Data Office capability at Cognitive Group | Part of the Focus Cloud Group. As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic oversight on all aspects of data governance, ensuring the highest standards of data quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, maintain, communicate, and monitor adherence to data governance framework, processes, and standards.
- Oversee the design and embedding of data governance controls and forums.
- Maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders, advocating for improved data risk management and practices.
- Drive data quality assurance approach, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Manage and empower other parties in the Data Office to play their role in governance.
- Provide SME input to maturity assessments, supporting the development of data governance strategies.
- Support the operation of governance forums, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
