We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Member to join our team at NXT Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of our facilities, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, and facilities to ensure optimal functioning.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
  • Handle minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
  • Infrastructure i.e. drains, civils and other general repairs and maintenance.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and management.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities and report any significant issues to the maintenance manager.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Operate and maintain maintenance equipment and tools.
  • Assist with landscaping, emptying of bins and collections of litter.
  • Collaborate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of joinery, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
