Core Purpose

To process customer orders, complete dispatch schedules, and manage export documentation for shipments and stock control.

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Customer Orders:

  • Process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Enter customer order information into our SAP system.
  • Produce order delivery notes and file customer orders and signed delivery notes.

Dispatch Scheduling:

  • Raise daily dispatch sheets from customer orders.
  • Raise release orders for dispatch from outside storage.
  • Coordinate transportation for all dispatches.

Export:

  • Request export documentation for each shipment.
  • Liaise with inspection and shipping agents to ensure smooth export processes.
  • Coordinate production and collection dates for export shipments.

Stock Control:

  • Manage production and sales data in spreadsheets.
  • Report daily frozen stock levels to ensure accurate inventory management.

Basic Compliance:

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company policies.
  • Ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) and health and safety policies are followed.
  • Provide general support and assistance to team members.
  • Maintain high levels of internal and external customer communication and cooperation.
  • Adhere to company values and support teams in achieving business objectives.
