The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of stores and logistics, ensuring the smooth flow of raw materials and final products. This includes setting up and maintaining inventory systems, coordinating stock movements, and ensuring that all processes and procedures are in place to meet customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and inspecting deliveries
  • Booking in deliveries and updating inventory systems
  • Ensuring that manufacturing receives parts and materials on time
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
  • Preparing parts for delivery and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Adhering to ERP rules and key metrics such as FIFO process and stock rotation
  • Attending 6 monthly stocktakes at the Lowestoft branch

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Forklift operator license, to be refreshed every 3 years
  • Experience with MRP and Microsoft Office

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (on-site)
