Stock Management Specialist

At Elmdene Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inventory Team Leader to join our team. As an Inventory Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels to meet the company's operational demands.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular perpetual inventory checks and reconcile with inventory management systems to ensure stock integrity and housekeeping.
- Identify, investigate, and report any inventory discrepancies or issues and recommend actions to improve inventory control procedures.
- Coordinate and complete counting/stock taking to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records for auditing purposes.
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure accurate stock picking and delivery processes.
- Review and improve inventory control procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to stock management.
- Investigate stock variances/discrepancies and implement preventative measures.
- Support other team members and departments as needed.

Please note a full driving licence will be required, as there is travel required between Coventry (CV2 5DB) and Warwick (CV34 5PY).
