Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our Outpatient team at Spire Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and users in a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Outpatient team in providing exemplary patient care, including supporting the qualified nursing staff in their duties.
  • Contribute to the support and monitoring of patients, identifying and reporting any significant changes that may affect their health and well-being.
  • Assist with the movement of patients in line with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working as an HCA (or equivalent) in a clinical environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective teamwork and patient care.
  • NVQ Level 3 is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in taking ECGs, blood pressures, and patient observations is highly desirable.

Working Hours and Contract:

37.5 hours per week, with a combination of early and late shifts and long days. Permanent contract.
