We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Worker.

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work in a health or social care setting. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families.
  • Work effectively as a member of a team to deliver excellent patient care.
  • Develop and maintain your skills and knowledge to ensure you are up-to-date with the latest healthcare practices.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 QCF Diploma in Clinical Healthcare Support or equivalent.
  • GCSE A*-D in English Language or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in a health or social care setting.
  • Ability to work as a member of a team and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
