Our client is a leading provider of expert legal services, specializing in Claimant Litigation cases handled on a no-win, no-fee basis. This ensures clients receive the compensation they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Assist in managing pre-litigation cases related to APP fraud, including intake, assessment, and document preparation.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
  • Documentation: Prepare legal documents, review bank statements, and compile evidence for submission.
  • Research: Conduct legal research to support fraud claims and prepare summaries for the legal team.
  • Liaison: Coordinate with banks, the Financial Ombudsman Service, and other relevant entities to facilitate claims.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain case files and ensure timely follow-up on all pending matters.

Requirements:

  • Education: Paralegal certification or relevant legal qualifications.
