Aerospace Sales Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Aerospace Sales Director to join our team at Jonathan Lee Recruitment, a leading engineering and manufacturing recruitment consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the sales strategy and drive growth in the aerospace sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Create and execute a sales strategy that delivers against financial targets, increasing sales values and gross margins.
  • Lead the Sales Team: Manage and develop a team of 12 sales professionals, monitoring and reporting on performance to ensure alignment with expectations.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives at large aerospace companies, increasing market share within these businesses and their sub-contractors.
  • Market Analysis: Provide a clear view of the current market position, building knowledge of competitors and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Senior Sales Leadership Experience: Proven track record of developing sales operations, processes, and running successful teams in technical products/services provider businesses, preferably within the aerospace industry.
  • Sales Strategy Expertise: Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies, driving growth and increasing sales values.
  • Leadership Skills: Energetic, intelligent, and professional with the ability to motivate and lead others.

Qualifications:
