Senior Test Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our team at Addition+. As a Senior Test Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead testing efforts for specific projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce testing time.
  • Analyze requirements and user stories to create comprehensive test plans and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct exploratory testing to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate test results and recommendations to stakeholders, including development teams and project managers.
  • Identify and prioritize non-functional testing requirements, such as performance and security testing.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in test automation, performance testing, and security testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and exploratory testing.
  • Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise test plans and reports.
  • Working knowledge of testing tools and test management software.
