Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our team at Addition+. As a Senior Test Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead testing efforts for specific projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Contribute to the development team, providing expertise in testing and quality assurance.
  • Help shape and expand Agile working practices, ensuring seamless integration with development teams.
  • Analyze requirements and user stories, providing acceptance criteria and feeding into non-functional testing requirements.
  • Perform exploratory testing, identifying defects and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with development teams and project stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate reporting on test outcomes.
  • Conduct test gap analysis, identifying scenarios to be tested and/or automated.
  • Ensure the quality of products as they move from prototype to production.

Requirements:

  • Test automation experience, with a strong understanding of performance testing and security testing.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in Agile environments.
  • Experience with testing tools and test management software, with a strong analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to undergo Security Clearance, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
