We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our team at Addition+. As a Senior Test Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead testing efforts for specific projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, ensuring efficient and effective testing processes.
  • Conduct performance, security, and exploratory testing to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate test results and recommendations to development teams, stakeholders, and project sponsors.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring thorough and efficient testing.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Experience with performance, security, and exploratory testing.
  • Strong knowledge of testing tools and test management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
