Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Director of Neighbourhoods and Community Services at G2 Recruitment Solutions Limited.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide line management for the Head of Housing Solutions and other team members, ensuring effective leadership and guidance to achieve business objectives.
- Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of services including HRA Estate management, Tenancy sustainment, Tenant regulation, CCTV (Shared Service), Housing solutions, Homelessness prevention, Income Management, Housing Options, Sheltered Housing and Supported Housing.
- Emergency Planning: Act as the Corporate Lead for Emergency Planning, ensuring the organization is prepared and responsive to emergency situations.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local authorities, community groups, and other organizations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a housing or neighbourhoods context.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in a field such as housing, social care, or a related discipline.
