Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an Educational Leadership Facilitator to join our team, working closely with a specialized educational institution that caters to secondary-aged students facing challenges in traditional learning environments.

Role Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive educational experience to students enrolled in our outreach program. This role involves:
  • Engaging with students both on-site and in various community settings.
  • Assessing the individual needs of children and young people to identify and mitigate barriers to their learning.
  • Documenting progress and providing regular reports as required by the leadership team.
  • Adhering to all relevant educational policies and legal requirements.
  • Working collaboratively with other staff members to enhance the educational experience.
  • Participating in additional duties as part of the educational team, as directed by the leadership.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess the ability to work effectively with students exhibiting a range of needs, including but not limited to social, emotional, and mental health challenges. A valid enhanced DBS check registered on the update service is required. If you do not currently hold a valid DBS, you must be willing to apply for one.

Additional Information:
For candidates who have resided in the UK for less than five years, a right to work visa and a criminal background check from any country lived in for six months or more within the past five years will be necessary.
