Role Overview

As a key member of the Manufacturing and Inventory Centre of Excellence team, you will oversee the coordination of stock movements from suppliers to our storage facilities. This includes managing the receipt of goods and ensuring that our systems reflect the most accurate stock information. You will also be responsible for organizing special co-edition orders for different divisions.

Reporting directly to the Inventory Planning Manager, your collaboration with Supply and Demand Planners will be crucial in ensuring timely product deliveries. You will work closely with various departments, including Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain, to facilitate smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create daily inbound delivery schedules and purchase requisitions.
  • Ensure accurate receipt of subcontracted stock and proper consumption into product packs.
  • Utilize SAP systems effectively to manage stock movements and keep stakeholders updated on schedules.

Candidate Profile
  • Experience in a similar role within supply chain management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP4 HANA is a plus.
  • Proficient in IT, particularly with MS Excel and MS Access.
  • Able to work autonomously and manage your workload efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with colleagues across various divisions.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement of processes.

Contract Information

This position is offered as a fixed-term contract for one year. Internal candidates must discuss the opportunity with their line manager prior to applying.
