We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Broker to join our team at Lawes Consulting Group.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Focus: Understand and prioritize the insurance needs of clients, tailoring insurance solutions to effectively address client requirements.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers, acting as a mentor and technical reference point as needed.
  • Collaboration and Advice: Assist in driving a high-performing culture within the team, operating within agreed compliance and regulation guidelines.
  • Market Understanding: Understand a client or prospect's business, identifying situations, opportunities, and key challenges.
Requirements
  • Proven experience within the commercial insurance broking marketplace.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of diverse commercial insurance risk classes.
  • Ability to identify appropriate placing markets.
  • Adept at pricing and designing insurance programs.
  • Track record of cultivating new and existing client and insurer relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent technical skills in articulating complex insurance concepts.
