About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Care Worker to join our team at Falkland House School Perth. As a Night Care Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and supportive environment for our young people, aged 16-19, who are working towards greater independent living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the young people with their daily routines, including meal times, medication, and personal care.
  • Assist with maintaining a calm and peaceful environment during the night, responding to any needs in a therapeutic manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth-running of the accommodation and the well-being of the young people.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the young people, understanding their interests, dislikes, and triggers.
What We Offer

We provide a comprehensive induction, fully expensed training courses, and the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills. You will be supported to gain the necessary qualification to meet SSSC registration requirements and will gain a firm understanding of autism spectrum disorder and associated support needs.
