Role Overview:
As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily functions of our property.

Your efforts will be vital in maintaining high occupancy levels and ensuring a smooth experience for tenants, from initial inquiries to onboarding and ongoing support.

This position offers a degree of autonomy while requiring close collaboration with the COO.

We are looking for a motivated, adaptable, and exceptionally organized individual who possesses a strong business acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Oversight:
• Achieve and maintain full resident occupancy
• Meet or exceed revenue generation targets
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely rent collection and adherence to policies and procedures
• Provide comprehensive performance reports to the COO
• Ensure accurate financial and resident data management
• Conduct daily team meetings on-site
• Address emergencies and implement service recovery protocols as needed

Resident Engagement and Sales:
• Manage the resident experience from initial inquiry through to departure
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both prospective and current residents, achieving monthly leasing goals
• Facilitate a professional letting process, including viewings and contract finalization
• Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
• Maintain detailed records of all leasing activities
• Monitor resident satisfaction and market trends
• Utilize online property platforms and social media to promote available units
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new tenants
• Foster strong relationships with residents, gathering feedback to enhance their living experience
• Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications and Skills:

Essential:
• Strong business knowledge and experience in management or administrative roles, preferably in real estate
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional interpersonal and client management abilities; strong teamwork and leadership skills
• Initiative and creativity in problem-solving
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Self-motivated with a positive, results-oriented mindset
• Proficient negotiation and sales skills

Preferred:
• Experience in property management and sales
• Understanding of business functions such as finance, HR, and marketing
• Knowledge of tenancy legislation and compliance
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
