As a Graduate Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client engagement and project work, working on complex projects with limited timescales. You'll be part of a collaborative team that delivers exceptional results and makes a positive impact.

We offer a comprehensive training program, including online, classroom, and in-house courses, leading to nationally recognized qualifications in areas such as Project Management, Agile methodologies, Business Analysis, and more. Our career mentor and performance and development manager will provide guidance and support throughout your journey.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strategies for future delivery of ICT services;
  • Supporting large ICT procurements, including developing procurement strategies and documentation and evaluating bids;
  • Explaining to risk owners and other stakeholders the causes, likelihood, and potential business impacts of information risks throughout the information system lifecycle.

We're looking for candidates with a good degree in a STEM subject, with further study at Masters and/or PhD level a bonus. Prior work experience in a technical and/or consulting environment is also desirable.
