Role Overview

Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3-year programme designed to help you develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. You'll benefit from training and development, mentoring, and assistance for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the support and guidance you need to develop and succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Play a key role in building digital analytics solutions that help our customers maximise the value from their business decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, solution engineers, product owners, and other business analysts.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and market positioning of key market segments, including resilience, mobility, and places.
Requirements
  • Graduating in or having recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrating typical Arcadian skills, including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and being a team player.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
  • Will to travel and stay away from home when required.
