Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage customer relationships throughout the lifecycle of their insurance policy
  • Process customer renewals and new business calls with accuracy and efficiency
  • Build rapport with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service
  • Perform administrative tasks as required
About You
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Working Hours

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week on a 3-week rotational shift pattern:

  • Week 1: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm
  • Week 2: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm, with a half-day on Saturday and a day off in lieu
  • Week 3: Monday to Friday, 12pm-8pm

Please note that no holiday can be taken within the first 6 weeks of training.
