About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Project Lead to join our team at Rainbow Trust Children's Charity. As a Programme Project Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day development and management of the Kentown Children's Palliative Care Programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a high-quality family support service
  • Manage the Kentown Family Support Team
  • Work in partnership with health, education, and social care professionals to lead the project and raise awareness of the programme and children's palliative care
  • Deliver a high-quality service, managing the Kentown Family Support Team, and contributing to service development across the wider organisation
  • Provide management and leadership to the team in relation to all safeguarding issues
Requirements
  • Experience in child health, education, or social care, with a commitment to working in partnership with children, young people, and their families
  • Experience as a project manager, with a strong understanding of effective partnership working
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results
  • Strong networking skills and confident use of MS Office
