Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Advance TRS. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for overseeing project quantity surveyors and ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of quantity surveyors to deliver high-quality project outcomes
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize project profitability
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project costs and progress

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a construction environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze complex data
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
