About the Role:

EMBS Technology is seeking an experienced Digital Service Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering digital services across the organization, helping to achieve business objectives. You'll work closely with internal digital teams, the wider organization, and external suppliers to manage system changes, ensuring they are implemented efficiently and deliver maximum value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital service strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital service improvements.
  • Apply ITIL and other industry best practices to ensure strong governance and effective solution delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze digital service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
