We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at JOSEPH. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a tailored in-store experience for clients, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Maximize sales opportunities to achieve store sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain a high standard of shop floor and display merchandise.
- Build relationships with new clientele and maintain relationships with established clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador, answering queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting your approach based on individual needs and requirements.
- Understand business needs and be motivated by sales.
- Be an integral part of the JOSEPH brand and identity, and be willing to build your career within the luxury retail industry.
