Claims and Complaints Manager

We are seeking an experienced Liability Claims Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Aston Charles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Liability Claims Handlers, each dealing with a varied caseload including predominantly Public and Employers' Liability losses.
Your managerial duties will include training, development and coaching, allocating workloads, acting as an escalation point for complaints, and file/audit checking to ensure compliance. In addition, you will be handling your own caseload of higher value and complex claims.
As a Liability Claims Team Leader, you will be an expert on all things Liability claims. You must also have solid managerial skills, and the ability to help create a friendly and supportive environment where a fully remote-based team enjoys working to shared goals and objectives.
