Employment Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Employment Advisor to join our team at RecruitedUK. As an Employment Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their transition to employment and/or apprenticeships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and support learners through their transition to employment and/or apprenticeships
  • Deliver life skills and provide advice and guidance on career progression
  • Engage with employers to support job matching, job carving, and reasonable adjustments
  • Manage a complex caseload of participants and positively overcome multiple barriers to employment
  • Travel regularly to support participants and effectively manage your diary
Requirements:
  • Strong track record in exceeding targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment
  • People-focused with exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Prioritising competing demands with a positive can-do approach
  • Broker and sustain effective working relationships with employers and other community stakeholders
What We Offer:
