Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team at Dixons Estate Agency in Kidderminster. As a Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality mortgage solutions to our clients.

About the Role

As a Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with our Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
  • Attracting new customers and business while achieving professional goals in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Providing expert advice on a range of mortgage products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build lasting relationships.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
  • The ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilience, positivity, organization, numeracy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literacy, including MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
