We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Apprentice Employment Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting learners through their transition to employment and/or Apprenticeships.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver and Support Learners: Provide guidance and support to learners as they navigate their transition to employment and/or Apprenticeships.
- Broker and Sustain Relationships: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employers and community stakeholders to create opportunities for learners.
- Manage Complex Caseload: Independently manage a complex caseload of learners, overcoming multiple barriers to employment on an outreach basis.
- Travel and Diary Management: Travel regularly to support learners and effectively manage your diary to achieve this.
- Annual Leave: 25 days annual leave per year, with incremental increases up to 28 days after 3 years' service.
- Volunteering Leave: 2 days of paid volunteering leave each year.
- Pension Scheme: Enhanced pension scheme after 6 months.
- Life Assurance: Life Assurance at 3 times your annual salary rate.
