We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Apprentice Employment Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting learners through their transition to employment and/or Apprenticeships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and Support Learners: Provide guidance and support to learners as they navigate their transition to employment and/or Apprenticeships.
  • Broker and Sustain Relationships: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employers and community stakeholders to create opportunities for learners.
  • Manage Complex Caseload: Independently manage a complex caseload of learners, overcoming multiple barriers to employment on an outreach basis.
  • Travel and Diary Management: Travel regularly to support learners and effectively manage your diary to achieve this.
