Position Overview: We are in search of a proactive and visionary leader to advance our objectives as outlined in the Advice Strategy and Sustainability Goals. This position will play a crucial role in enhancing our collaboration with the network, ensuring we meet our financial and operational targets. The successful candidate will partner closely with teams in Business Development, National Finance, Network Strategy and Change, among others, to cultivate a thorough understanding of the financial health and funding environment of the network.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in a senior financial leadership role, ideally within a large and multifaceted organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial governance, organizational structures, and service enhancement.
  • Proven track record in leading and developing local leadership and financial management capabilities.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Experience in setting and executing strategic objectives and standardized financial processes.
  • Strong analytical acumen with a background in financial health assessment and risk management.
  • Ability to effectively engage with senior executives and external partners.
