Role Overview: We are in search of a proactive and strategic leader to propel our objectives as outlined in the Advice Strategy and Sustainability Goals. This position will be pivotal in determining how we engage with our network, ensuring the achievement of our financial and operational targets. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Business Development, National Finance, Network Strategy and Change, and various teams throughout the organization to cultivate a thorough understanding of the network's financial health and funding environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior financial leadership role, ideally within a large and multifaceted organization.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial management, corporate frameworks, and service enhancement.
  • Proven capability to lead and enhance local leadership and financial oversight.
  • Exceptional collaborative and communication abilities.
  • Experience in formulating and executing strategic objectives and standardized financial systems.
  • Strong analytical competencies and experience in monitoring financial health and managing risks.
  • Ability to effectively engage with senior management and external partners.
