Job Title: Consultant in Ophthalmology

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant in Ophthalmology to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have a special interest in Glaucoma and will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with this condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision of junior medical/dental practitioners
  • Develop and provide outpatient and surgical services for glaucoma patients
  • Contribute to the development of the Care Group's Business Plan
  • Participate in the formulation and implementation of Trust infection prevention and control policies
Requirements:
  • Full Registration with GMC
  • Name on GMC Ophthalmology Specialist Register
  • Wide experience in all aspects of Ophthalmology
  • Advanced subspecialty training in Glaucoma
