The post holder will provide clinical leadership based upon current evidence and operationally manage their workload whilst performing as part of the multi-disciplinary team to provide effective and efficient care programmes.
About the Role:
Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking a Registered Midwife to join our Nurse Bank. The post holder will be required to work closely with the ward and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate programmes of care under indirect supervision from senior staff.
- Work collaboratively with the ward and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to colleagues to ensure the delivery of evidence-based care.
- Manage workload effectively to meet the needs of the team and patients.
