Adult's Registered Manager

At fish4.co - Jobboard, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Adult's Registered Manager to lead our children's home team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the children's home meets all Ofsted requirements and standards, including quality, safety, and care. This will involve implementing and maintaining robust safeguarding policies and procedures to protect children and young people from harm.
The role also involves staff management, including recruiting, training, and supervising staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided, making necessary improvements to enhance outcomes for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities- Ofsted Compliance: Ensure the children's home meets all Ofsted requirements and standards.
- Safeguarding: Implement and maintain robust safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of the children's home.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate staff performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care and services provided.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in social work, health, or education, and proven experience in managing a children's home or similar setting. They will also have a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and quality standards, as well as knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
