About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Newcastle Adult Community Mental Health Team at the Lyme Brook Centre. As a key worker for adults with moderate to severe mental health difficulties, you will work autonomously and accountably within a multidisciplinary team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Hold a caseload and undertake key worker roles for adults with moderate to severe mental health difficulties.
  • Work as an autonomous and accountable practitioner within a multidisciplinary team.

Person Specification
  • A qualified/registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker (minimum diploma level or equivalent qualification).
  • Post-registration experience working in community mental health settings.
  • Knowledge of various approaches to mental health assessment.
