We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as a ECO Submissions Specialist. In this role, you will provide essential support to our internal installation team, ensuring the effective management of submissions for projects under the GBIS and ECO4 initiatives. We seek an individual with exceptional organizational abilities and a meticulous approach to detail, ensuring that all information is well-organized, precise, and suitable for its intended purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with installation managers and surveyors across the organization to gather accurate evidence on completed projects, facilitating the preparation of documentation packs.
  • Evaluate and compile submission documentation, following the relevant guidelines for each initiative, including OFGEM, PAS, and Building Regulations.
  • Input pertinent information into internal databases and customer relationship management systems with precision.
  • Upload and submit necessary documentation to supplier portals as required.
  • Provide weekly reports and feedback regarding submission inquiries to the Submission Delivery Manager.
  • Modify documentation to comply with regulatory standards.
  • Gather and verify photographs against installation notes.
  • Thoroughly review all relevant documents, images, and certificates for any compliance issues.
  • Prepare ECO submission documentation for utilities in accordance with Ofgem guidelines.
  • Generate insurance guarantees and warranties for products installed on external platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to our offices as necessary.
  • A collaborative team player who builds relationships and networks to achieve results, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Strong administrative capabilities, adept at multitasking and prioritizing a high volume of tasks with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, meeting both internal and external deadlines.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Previous experience in ECO4/GBIS submissions is preferred.
  • A sense of enjoyment and adaptability in a fast-paced business environment.
