About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an ECO Submissions Coordinator. As a key member of our operational team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our submissions process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with installation managers and surveyors to ensure accurate evidence of completed jobs for submission preparation.
  • Analyze and prepare submissions paperwork, adhering to relevant guidance for each scheme, including OFGEM, PAS, and Building Regulations.
  • Accurately input relevant information into internal databases and CRM systems.
  • Submit and upload documentation to supplier portals as required.
  • Report to the Submission Delivery Manager with weekly reports and feedback related to submission queries.
  • Amend paperwork to adhere to compliance guidance.
  • Collate photographs and cross-check against installation notes.
  • Accurately screen all relevant documentation, photos, and certificates for non-compliances.
  • Analyze and prepare ECO submission paperwork for submission to utilities in accordance with Ofgem guidance.
  • Create insurance guarantees and warranties for products installed on external portals.
Requirements
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to our offices in Nottingham and/or Coventry.
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize large volumes of tasks effectively.
  • High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated with a can-do problem-solving attitude.
  • Ideal experience in ECO4/GBIS Submissions.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced business and enjoy the journey.
