About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced cleaning professional to join our team at Trident Group. As a key member of our onsite cleaning business, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality cleaning and laundry service to our residents and the wider community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean and safe environment for our customers, working a 7-day rota including evenings and weekends. Shifts will include 6am – 12pm and 12pm – 6pm.

About You
We are looking for someone with experience in providing a high-quality cleaning service and a good understanding of health and hygiene regulations. As a professional and approachable individual, you will report directly to the manager of the service and play a major role at our Oakland Village.
Trident Group has over 60 years' experience of delivering homes, services, and innovation for up to 8,000 people in over 3,600 homes in some of the most disadvantaged communities in the Midlands. The Group employs more than 750 staff, works with over 150 volunteers, and provides training places and apprenticeships for many more.
The Group consists of Trident Housing, which provides landlord services for the Group in respect of housing management and maintenance, and Trident Reach, a registered care and support charity delivering person-centred care and support services.
