Job Overview

Job Title: Compliance Officer

Division: Compliance

Location: Northern Ireland

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + Commission

Job Responsibilities
  • Contact candidates regularly to verify their registration with the agency.
  • Ensure knowledge of acceptable and unacceptable documentation.
  • Verify and obtain documentation submitted by candidates.
  • Audit files on a regular basis to ensure compliance.
  • Apply for enhanced DBS certificates as required.
  • Conduct essential checks on documentation, including DBS Checks, Right to Work Checks, NMC Checks, Employment Checks, Identity Checks, and Fit to Work Checks.
  • Ensure checks are conducted within the correct timeframe.
  • Book candidates for relevant training sessions.
  • Verify immunization reports and determine eligibility for a Fit to Work certificate.
  • Book candidates for immunization/blood tests as necessary.
  • Issue candidate ID badges.
