Senior Digital Construction (BIM) Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Construction (BIM) Coordinator to join our team at Kier Group. As a key member of our Digital Team, you will play a crucial role in enabling the use of appropriate tools and technologies to support project delivery from inception to in use.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the Information Management Team to ensure the effective use of the Common Data Environment (CDE) in accordance with ISO 19650.
  • Contribute to the production of monthly reports to measure digital implementation and maturity within the business unit and across relevant projects.
  • Support project teams in fulfilling standards, methods, and procedures using specified software and workflows.
  • Contribute to the BIM Execution Plan and other project documents.
  • Raise awareness and profile of digital implementation within the business unit and project functional departments.
Requirements:
  • Understanding and experience of appropriate software tools to view and interrogate models.
  • Excellent skills in standard Microsoft Office 365.
