Purpose of the Role

The Executive Assistant position is designed to enable the CEO to concentrate on essential business functions and foster robust client and new business relationships.

Reporting Structure

This role directly reports to the CEO and provides support to the broader senior management team as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive diary management for the CEO, ensuring all meetings are scheduled, confirmed, and communicated effectively.
  • Assist in the preparation and research for critical meetings, including necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate attendees for both external and internal meetings, ensuring seamless scheduling.
  • Organize internal training sessions and manage logistics for meeting spaces.
  • Oversee travel arrangements for all UK employees, optimizing costs and benefits.
  • Attend significant meetings to take detailed minutes and provide summaries.
  • Support the CEO with personal administrative tasks to facilitate business growth.
  • Assist senior management with urgent issues as needed.
  • Provide ad hoc office management and administrative support.
