Academic Projects Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Early Phase Development Solutions department at Laboratory Corporation. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting pre-clinical studies and ensuring the successful execution of programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain program documentation tools, including Gantt charts, timelines, study trackers, financial trackers, communication plans, risk logs, and action trackers.
- Provide support to the Program Manager with KPI generation and analysis.
- Assist with logistical arrangements for program kick-off meetings and client visits.
- Participate in work-streams focused on process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with a global team, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Bachelor's degree in a Life Sciences field or equivalent industry experience.
- Demonstrable experience within a science-related environment, with CRO experience preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work to deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple changing priorities.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on client needs and satisfaction.
- Planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Computer proficiency, with a good working knowledge of a range of IT packages, including financial software.
